The City of Naples seeks to contract with a qualified Vendor to provide all labor, materials, permits, inspections and re-inspection fees, tools, equipment, transportation, insurance, supervision and incidental items essential for the inspection, testing, maintenance, repair, and installation of fire sprinkler systems and components in all City of Naples facilities. Vendor shall complete all work in accordance with respective National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) standards, Florida Fire Code, Florida Building Code, and any other applicable standard, law, or code by the Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ). These specifications apply to all systems throughout the City of Naples assigned to the Contractor. These specifications are inclusive of a required guarantee, replacements, clean-up, and maintenance services. The tests will be scheduled thru the City of Naples Facilities Maintenance Superintendent or designee.
