1. Selected Firm should submit a draft literature review for Owner review and comment. 2. Prior to completing any sitework, the selected firm should work with the Owner to ensure that the Tribal Partners have been engaged and have opportunity to participate in any fieldwork. 3. Attend meetings as required and prepare visuals related to potential cultural impacts within project site (i.e., maps). Meeting will be in person if required by Tribal Partners. 4. Coordinate site work with Tribal Partners should tribal monitoring be requested. 5. Selected firm is responsible for the correct handling of any artifacts uncovered during fieldwork. The Minnesota Historical Society (MNHS) is the County’s preferred repository for artifacts uncovered during fieldwork.
