• Base Bid - 2nd Floor Judges Chambers and State Attorney's Office o Development of government offices and judicial chambers within the gray space of the Clay County Courthouse (Courthouse). This area will support the operations of the State Attorney's Office and will include enhanced security measures, along with two (2) fully equipped Judges’ chamber suites. • Alternate Bid #1 - Ballistic Glass Upgrade o Raising ballistic Level UL 752 from Level 3 to Level 7 in the storefront system. • Alternate Bid #2 - 1st Floor Lounge (Area C) o Renovation of the 1st Floor breakroom into a lounge area to align with modern facility best practices. The work shall include, but limited to, demolition, new interior construction, appliances and paint. • Alternate Bid #3 - 1st Floor Exist (Area B) o Construction of a new exterior exit on the south side of the Courthouse to enhance pedestrian flow and improve overall accessibility. The work shall include, but limited to, relocating existing interior glazing and doors, new interior construction, demolition, new exterior construction, stairs, ramp, grading and sitework.
