Trash Receptacles - Empty all trash cans, clean interior and exterior of trash cans (clean & dry wet spills) and replace can liners. Boxes, cans, papers, etc. placed near a trash receptacle and marked “trash” shall also be removed. Any other items not marked as “trash” shall not be removed. Transporting trash within and from the building to the outside dumpster(s) shall be accomplished using leak proof plastic transport with wheels. Carry or roll all trash containers into the exterior dumpster and dispose of trash into dumpster. No items are to be removed from the dumpster by the contractor’s employees. Entrances (7 total) – Sweep outside entrances to remove all soil, litter, dirt, cobwebs and trash. Exterior glass cleaning will not be part of the contract. Entrance to the facility exterior and interior glass as well as all interior glass doors shall be cleaned disinfected and sanitized. Clean glass only within reach from ground for interior and exterior of the facility. Only use ammonia free products for Bullet Proof window. Exterior glass/window cleaning will be done under a separate solicitation and solicited as need. The incumbent will have an opportunity to submit an offer for same. Drinking Fountains (Qty. 7) – Remove all streaks, smudges, stains, scales and other obvious soil from drinking fountains and entire cabinet. Disinfect all surfaces including the orifice and drain.
