The Milwaukee County Office of Corporation Counsel ("OCC") invites responses to this RFP from qualified and experienced document management software providers capable of supplying a comprehensive matter management platform that fits the needs and volume of a large government legal office. The OCC’s goal is to utilize a single, web-based system for every task assigned throughout the office which eliminates the need for manual processes and multiple systems or technology tools. The proposed solution should act as a central repository of information which the OCC can use to generate customizable reports, identify case status at the click of a button, and search historical and current data. The OCC prefers, but does not require, Offerors who are currently providing the proposed solution in its most current version to government clients.
