The web application must be currently in production or operation, i.e. not in beta or test. The web application must have previously been or currently be in production with a minimum of six (6) governmental entities where the system has been working in a consistently stable and responsive operating environment and customers are or were able to access and utilize the system. New software releases (distribution of a new product or new function and program fixes based on or for an existing product) shall be provided to the licensee at no additional cost if the licensee is currently subscribed to the contractor's maintenance support services. Product shall mean a module, system, or any other software related and web application related item (which may include hardware) provide be the contractor to the State of Missouri. The contractor's web site shall be user friendly and shall prompt the entry of all appropriate data which may include, but need not necessarily be limited to: a credit or debit card number and expiration date or other account number(s); the name of the record or statement holder, (his or her parents’ names) named on the record; the date of the event (i.e., birth or death); and the address and telephone number of the person receiving the record or statement.
