Cost-estimating throughout design Conducting peer technical reviews of major design deliverables from the lead design team Overseeing project schedule control including schedule maintenance through design/bid/award phases; conducting reviews of contractor baseline schedules, work breakdown structures, and revisions; and tracking the maintenance of critical path through construction. Review of pertinent feasibility reports or engineering reports (geotechnical, survey, etc.) garnered throughout design Facilitating cost and quality control throughout construction, including detailed review of contractor RFP/CO pricing and conducting field observations regularly throughout construction Serving as an owner’s representative throughout the project and advising the UIC project manager on technical matters Assist in preparing all LEED documentation.
