Supplier shall furnish, deliver, and install a Brand Name or Equivalent Mobile Liquid Petroleum (LPG) Calibration Trailer System that will be used for verification and calibration of retail and commercial meters used for LPG sales within the Commonwealth of Virginia. All necessary materials, tools and accessories, labor, equipment and supervision shall be provided by the Supplier. The system shall be designed to pump from the LPG meter being tested into one of two LPG Provers installed on the trailer via the installed LPG pump for measurement and then using the same pump, return the LPG product back to the device system. The calibration trailer shall be a fully contained device, DOT compliant and meets all NIST 105-4 and ASME Section VIII DIV. 1 pressure vessel code requirements.
