The Vendor must provide the following vehicles under the lease agreement: Thirteen (13) Full-Size Passenger Buses, each with the following specifications: o Capacity: 25–40 passengers o Perimeter seating configuration o Air-conditioning o DOT compliant o Bi-fold ingress/egress doors Five (5) Shuttle Buses, each with the following specifications: o Capacity: 12–15 passengers o Perimeter seating configuration o Air-conditioning o DOT compliant o Bi-fold ingress/egress doors 3. Vehicle Condition and Renewal All rental vehicles shall be 1-3 years old models at the start of the lease term. The rental is renewable bi-annually, and all vehicles must be exchanged for 1-3 year models with like-new condition upon each renewal. All vehicles shall be maintained in safe, roadworthy condition in accordance with Federal and State Motor Carrier Safety Regulations. 4. Maintenance and Safety Compliance Each vehicle must be clearly placarded on both sides with the Lessee's name. The Lessee shall be responsible for daily operational checks, including: o Fluid levels (oil, coolant, etc.) o Tire condition and pressure o Lighting systems o Basic mechanical components All vehicles must be fully compliant with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.
