2.1 Vendor shall provide all labor, materials, supplies, and equipment to provide rental of inflatable bounce structures and related services. 2.1.1 Vendor shall provide inflatable bounce structures to include, but not be limited to, the following: 2.1.1.1 Bounce Houses 2.1.1.2 Bounce Combos 2.1.1.3 Obstacle Courses 2.1.2 Vendor shall provide all equipment required to safely operate inflatable bounce structures at no additional cost to the City. Equipment shall include, but be limited to, the following: 2.1.2.1 Diesel Generators 2.1.2.2 Power cords 2.1.2.3 Anchoring tools 2.2 Vendor shall provide required services at planned City events at City of San José Parks. (see Exhibit 1) 2.2.1 Additional parks and other City locations may be required. 2.3 Vendor shall be responsible for on-time delivery, setup, and breakdown of all structures and equipment at no additional cost to the City. 2.4 Standard event duration time, including delivery, set up and breakdown, will be 4 hours. 2.4.1 Extended duration times may be required, as needed. 2.5 During the months of April through October, vendor must be available to work during the hours of 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm. 2.5.1 Other work hours may be required, as needed.
