This software will be used in conjunction with one (1) Hyosung Base Model MS500 teller cash Vendor will be responsible for any instillation and customization at no extra cost to the Clerks Office. Line 20 Quantity: 1 year of maintenance for a Hyosung Base Model MS500 teller cash recycler The repair or maintenance is to include all costs associated with the service/labor, travel expenses, parts and supplies etc..., for the term of the contract. The maintenance and service is to be completed by a certified technician. A confirmation call to the customer shall be made within 30 minutes of the initial request. Technician shall be on-site within 4 business hours of the initial request. Two (2) preventative maintenances will be performed on unit, bi-yearly. Vendor is responsible for scheduling preventative maintenance calls. All shipping and handling shall be included in total bid amount.
