Ocean County is seeking proposals for purchase of electronic poll books, equipment, software licensing, consumables and related services. The successful vendor must be able to provide iPad and accessories along with auxiliary software licensing agreements compatible with the KNOWiNK Poll Pad software currently owned and operated by the County, including the ePulse election management system. This request for proposals is not intended for the purchase of an entire fleet of electronic poll books that would cover all voting districts. Rather, this for the maintenance and purchase of replacement equipment along with the purchase of new equipment for the expansion based on the needs of the Election Board, such as additional voting districts. All replacement or additional electronic poll books must be certified by the State of New Jersey for Voting Systems. Maintenance will be needed on the following features: • iPad 9th Generation and more current generations for future purchases • ePulse election management system • Election Set up • Maintaining poll pair cables firmware • Poll pad receipt printers (Star Micronics) • Troubleshooting issues with poll pads and receipt printers
