The Contractor shall provide and deliver rental tanks and shall provide a one-for-one (full for empty) exchange at the designated stations (4, 6, and 9), on an as needed basis. The new portable cylinders shall be owned, maintained, filled and delivered by the Contractor in accordance with the following: 1. Contractor shall provide approximately 130 aluminum “D” sized medical grade oxygen cylinders with integrated pressure gauge, flowmeter (0.5-25 lpm) and barbed discharge port. 2. Contractor shall provide approximately 40 aluminum “H” sized medical grade oxygen cylinders. 3. The City will order cylinders via e-mail on a weekly basis, or as needed, and orders shall be fulfilled within 24-hours of the City’s request 4. Contractor shall perform a “full-for-empty exchange” and shall leave a full cylinder for each empty cylinder. 5. After each exchange, the Contractor shall provide an electronic delivery ticket via e-mail to designated Fire-Rescue personnel.
