Demolition • Demolish and remove the entire 12,800 square foot single-level wood frame structure, including concrete and masonry foundations, slabs, paving, and curbs, as indicated on the Demolition Plan (C0.1) and per Section 024101. • Remove all designated built site elements and utilities, protecting adjacent structures and utilities to remain, per Section 024101 (3.02.C). Site Clearing • Clear and grub within areas indicated on the drawings, removing trees, stumps, shrubs, roots, and vegetation to a minimum depth of 12 inches (30 cm) and rocks to a minimum depth of 6 inches (15 cm), per Section 311000 (3.03). • Process removed vegetation by chipping, grinding, or shredding for mulching or composting, prioritizing on-site uses, per Section 311000 (3.05). • Strip and stockpile topsoil as indicated on the drawings, per Section 311000 (3.04).
