The platform must provide a one-way video interview platform, that includes a tool that must enable applicants to record responses to a specific set of interview questions, allowing reviewers to evaluate communication skills, content knowledge, and overall professionalism in a scalable and equitable manner. The platform must support objective and uniform evaluation, while offering flexibility for both applicants and reviewers. The platform must provide, at a minimum, the features as defined below: (1) Configuration of the platform with customized interview questions aligned to GATE’s selection criteria (completed last fiscal year) (2) Candidate onboarding and technical support; (candidates register for an account; technical support is provided by platform provider) (3) Reviewer access and evaluation; (allows for ultimate flexibility and does not require human resources for scheduling) (4) Access to usage data and analytics to support program evaluation and continuous improvement.
