The Contractor must furnish all labor, equipment, and cleaning chemicals or products necessary to perform service. The Contractor will provide continuous, full-time day porter service on the following day(s), Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 pm Night-time custodial service begins after 5:00 pm. The Contractor must store all cleaning materials and ensure all hazards have been resolved before the office reopens to service DPS customers. Any changes to the terms of this contract must be approved by DPS Procurement & Contract Services in writing. (This excludes holidays when the office is closed). During a pandemic, as determined by DPS, when the Contractor arrives at a DPS Office for a prebid conference or to perform contracted services after award, they must bring their own Personal Protective Equipment.
