San Juan County is seeking a contractor for the repair of a storm culvert at approx. milepost 0.27 of Yacht Haven Road, on San Juan Island, WA. Work includes slip-lining the existing 5' x 80' culvert with a 30”x 85' HDPE bypass culvert and grouting it in place on both ends. The work should be done with minimal interruption to the road traffic as this is the only road that serves over 250 properties. The description of the existing site conditions, photos and location map are provided in Appendix A. Detailed scope of work and proposed plan are provided in Appendices B and C, respectively. All work shall be performed in accordance with the Contract Plans, Contract Provisions, and WSDOT Standard Specifications for Road, Bridge, and Municipal Construction, 2025 edition (WSDOT Standard Specifications).
