Request for Proposal for all undeveloped land that is owned by Brantley County Development Authority in Satilla Plantation, Satilla Pastures, Pine Crest and Eagles Crest, this includes all phases. The Proposal specifications, and a map will be posted on the Development Authority website and the Brantley County website or can be picked up at the Development Authority Office on Tuesday or Thursday between 8:00 am and 3:00 pm. 1. The Development Authority will consider providing the Purchaser of the property Tax Abatement for a minimum of 18 months. This will be reviewed after 1 year to determine if further time is needed. 2. The Development Authority will consider the following concerning payments for the purchase: A. A cash bid of $250,000. B. Other Proposal Speciation¿s are provided in the RFP packet 3. A schedule for presentation of Proposals will be handled by the Development Authority once all proposals are in. 4. Copy of prospective Covenants, Map and List of owners can be found on website or provided by request. The proposal should be for the entire package of land, wetlands and roads. The deadline to turn the proposal in is Monday June 9th at 3:00 pm, or before. The Develop Authority will schedule times for proposals to be presented to the Development Authority Board of Directors. Brantley County Development Authority reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, and to waive any irregularities and/or formalities.
