The Consultant shall be required to undertake the following studies. Project and estimate traffic that can be carried from Three Notch Road onto FDR Boulevard, from Pegg Road to MD 246 – Great Mills Road and how this traffic can relieve congestion and improve access to NAS PAX along Three Notch Road. Examine existing and planned land use along FDR Boulevard Estimate traffic generation from these land uses along FDR Boulevard. Examine multimodal connectivity and accessibility through safer and greatly enhanced conditions for pedestrians of all ages and abilities, bicyclists, and transit users. Evaluate a possible alignment from Pegg Road to Great Mills Road that will minimize disturbance on adjacent properties. This may include, but may not be limited to, the use of retaining walls in specific locations to reduce impacts on properties and existing commercial parking lots. Determine possible impacts of FDR Boulevard on commercial business and residential property within the Lexington Park Development District, including property (fee simple and easements) needed to construct.
