Review results of the initial inventory and assessment with the Contract Administrator in order to develop a Statewide training program, whose delivery may include the following modalities: In-person workshop, hybrid workshop (blended in-person and online components), fully virtual workshop (live, instructor-led), asynchronous onlinebased learning (with video and text-based training content for each module developed). b. For live instructor-led workshops, the Contractor shall be responsible for all aspects of training delivery under this contract, including instructor preparation, instructor fees, transportation, venue arrangements, training material costs, performance and metric tracking, and any other logistics. c. For asynchronous online-based learning, the Contractor shall be responsible for all aspects of training delivery under this contract, including content development, platform setup and maintenance, learner access and support, performance and metric tracking, and any related digital infrastructure or licensing requirements. d.
