Contractor shall provide all necessary manpower, equipment and warranties to upgrade an existing WebCTRL system equipment software to the manufacturer’s latest version and include additional upgrades for 3 years. The WebCTRL system controls building packaged air conditioner (PAC) and split HVAC units inclusive of all HVAC controls and integrated smoke detectors. The work includes the following inclusive of all incidentals: • One time upgrade from v6.5 to v9.0. • Furnish Automated Logic WebCTRL System Software upgrade license, to be installed onto customer’s current WebCTRL onsite server, for the next 3 years at no additional costs. • Migrate existing site database into new software database. • Confirm and verify continued proper operation of the WebCTRL system.
