Provide full-service management services for Crestwood Place Apartments located in Northbrook. Full management services include, but may not be limited to: a) Compliance with all Federal, State, and Municipal laws, ordinances, regulations, notices, and court administrative orders. b) No later than the 10th day of December each year, prepare and submit to the Village an operating budget with itemization for both revenues and receipts, including capital expenditures for the property. c) Manage and oversee the collection of all rents and other user fees related to the property, including those that are delinquent. All deposits shall be made to a bank account selected by the Village and titled in the name of Village of Northbrook.
