Hot Water Heating System; 1.1.1.1 Inspect, investigate and record the entire hot water heating system for leaks, corrosion and deficiencies. 1.1.1.2 Remove and disconnect the failed boiler shown as B 1 on the associated plans. 1.1.1.3 Disconnect the gas from the failed boiler; 1.1.1.4 Replace the failed burned-out gas fired heater and associated chimney breaching; 1.1.1.5 Install new gas connections to new boiler; 1.1.1.6 Install new piping and shut offs to hot water heating system. 1.1.1.7 Install a new 15 Gallon automatic glycol feeder. 1.1.1.8 Charge the hot water heating system with glycol, bleed out all air. 1.1.1.9 Repair and reinsulate missing insulation on the piping system. 1.1.1.10 Return the System to full operation
