A. Demolition and removal of existing structure, including safe disposal of materials. The current loading dock footprint is approximately 10’ wide x 47’ long x 52” high. Variations to this footprint are possible; however, cannot extend into the roadway. We recommend visiting the site or contacting the Facilities Operations Director for photos of the area. B. Site preparation of the loading dock installation area. C. Installation of the loading dock system including: • Dimensions to match existing structure and/or available area. • Installation of loading dock system to include an appropriate amount of reinforcement according to all local, state, and federal safety requirements. • The loading dock system should include proper drainage. • Edge protection. • Code compliance. • ADA compliance. D. Curing and finishing as applicable. E. Ensure that the commercial compactor controls are connected properly and safely to the loading dock system or are otherwise accessible from the loading dock safely. F. Coordination with Augusta Civic Center management to minimize disruption to daily business of the Augusta Civic Center. G. Site Clean-up and removal of all debris. H. Bidders wishing to consider the addition of any value-added services are encouraged to do so but shall ensure that the information is duly noted as “value-added information” and shall be inclusive of any additional costs associated with the “value-added information”
