A. Social Media Strategy Development 1. Audit of the organization’s current social media to identify challenges and opportunities to enhance online reputation, including: • Past performance metrics • Analysis of strategies employed by similar organizations • Assessment of content creation and approval processes 2. Development of a customized social media strategy, including: • Identifying key audiences and message priorities • Workflows for content creation, approval, and posting • Establish measurable goals for engagement and traffic B. Social Media Content Creation 1. Creation of content in line with the Agency’s social media strategy across multiple platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, X, etc.) and utilizing various mediums, including, but not limited to, text, photos, videos, graphics, and interactive elements. 2. Development and maintenance of a content calendar and posting schedule. 3. Posting content, monitoring account activity, and engaging with posts and comments on the social media accounts. C. Crisis Communications Plan Development and Training, which may include one or more of the following services: 1. Assist the Agency or Member in gathering the necessary information to develop and/or update its crisis communication plan. 2.
