The work covered by this contract requires the servicing of various roadway ROW, easements and drainage facilities within Charlotte County which consist of furnishing all labor, equipment, materials and services necessary to satisfactorily perform safety mowing as determined by the County. The work will include mowing, and other such work for the safety mowing. The Contractor shall remove and dispose of all litter within the full ROW, especially that which could become a projectile and larger, shred-able softer material scattered by the mower. Litter removal shall occur prior to each cycle of mowing (maximum two (2) days prior to starting mowing cycle) and shall occur once a month in all areas regardless of mowing schedule. Any material determined by the County to be in the ROW because of illegal dumping shall not be the responsibility of the Contractor.
