The Department of Corrections & Rehabilitation (DCR), Reentry Coordination Office is requesting proposals from community Service Providers to provide Peer Mentorship/Navigator Services for male offenders on Oahu. The initial contract term will start on August 1, 2025, or Start Date on the Notice to Proceed, for twenty-four months. The contract may be extended for two (2) additional twelve-month periods or portion thereof, subject to the availability of funds beyond June 30, 2026, and upon prior written approval. Applicants are required to submit the completed proposal (One original hard copy, three hard copies, plus one electronic copy in addition to your hard copies on a flash drive, CD, or emailed to DCR.BIDS@hawaii.gov) in a sealed envelope or box.
