Bananas, Chiquita Petite or Dole Petite or Del Monte Petite 5.1 Bananas shall be packaged 150 each to a case. If substitutes are sent as to size or count after purchase is made, the supplier shall be responsible for making up the difference in cost. 5.2 Prior to the opening of school the successful bidder shall provide the Office of Food Services the forms to be used for ordering the merchandise on a daily basis. Sufficient forms will be provided for use by all on-site facilities. 5.3 5.4 Invoices must clearly itemize all items agreed to purchase. Prior to the opening of school the successful bidder shall provide the Office of Food Services an invoice with items listed and price to be charged as an example of all future invoices to be submitted for payment. Invoices (or delivery tickets) for the items delivered and accepted shall be submitted by the vendor to the place of delivery and signed by the person receiving the merchandise. Please see Attachment "A" for delivery dates to Central Kitchen. Delivery/Service dates may be subject to change pending 2025- 2026 calendar approval.
