The Contractor shall perform the following: a. Remote energy management support of the Building Automation System (BAS) i. The Contractor shall provide 40 hours of remote energy management support throughout the year to complete the following activities: 1. System adjustments, 2. On-demand remote energy management system training when there is system upgrades and changes. 3. Remote technical support ii. Provide support line. b. The Contractor shall provide 4 site visits per year, scheduled at the facilities request, to provide the following maintenance services: 1. System troubleshooting, 2. Energy consulting, 3. Customer training on system upgrades, changes, and/or when new equipment is installed. 4. Full building efficiency analyses. c. Provide 28 hours for as needed Remote Building Automation System (BAS) monitoring throughout the year. i. Provide report at the conclusion of each monitoring session detailing findings.
