Workforce Solutions Rural Capital Area (WSRCA) is requesting proposals/bids for Business Outreach & Strategic Services (BOSS) to assist the Chief Business Development Officer, with the development and implementation of specific assignments related to the Business Service Liaisons, the Business Services Unit (BSU). WSRCA provides Business Services for our employers in the nine-county area, Bastrop, Blanco, Burnet, Caldwell, Fayette, Hays, Lee, Llano, Williamson. WSRCA wishes to train the Business Services Unit (BSU) on the following new initiatives for the year: 1) Move from industry-based to geographic model for liaisons, 2) Develop a business pitch that every member of the BSU and board can get behind and use, 3) Understand the 4 tiers of employer engagement and how it impacts our work, The “WSRCA Magic”- all parts of WSRCA working together for employers and job seekers, 4) Develop new funding diversification strategies to put WSRCA in a more advantageous financial position.
