1. Research on Restoration and Protection Guidance : a. Complete a literature review for restoration approaches that support guidance document development. b. Work with State staff to select methods/approaches to include as a basis for guidance development. 2. Develop guidance materials a. Develop a framework/outline for the guidance document(s); including chapters/sections such as, but not limited to, background, assessment, restoration practices, protection priority, regulatory considerations, and evaluating success; b. Provide mock-up of materials; c. Create drawings and/or other graphics/schematics needed to support written descriptions of practices; and d. Develop videos/YouTube guidance and training. 3.
