Field Inspections On-Site Special Inspections in accordance with DSA requirements: o Reinforced concrete o Structural masonry o Welding and structural steel o Shotcrete and epoxy anchor installation o Fireproofing and firestopping systems o High-strength bolting o Wood framing inspections General Construction Inspections, including: o Site civil improvements (grading, drainage, pavement) o Underground utilities (water, sewer, storm drain) o Roofing and waterproofing systems o Accessibility compliance (ADA/Title 24) DSA Certified Inspector Services (Project Inspector or Assistant Inspector) as required Daily Inspection Reports, logs, and coordination with project team B. Soils and Materials Testing Geotechnical Services: o Soil compaction testing (field density tests, moisture content) o Subgrade evaluation o Observation of fill placement and grading operations • Materials Testing (on-site and lab-based): o Concrete: sampling, slump, air content, temperature, compression testing o Asphalt: compaction, core sampling, and extraction testing o Masonry units and grout: prism testing and field sampling o Steel: weld inspections, tension testing, ultrasonic/magnetic particle testing o Aggregates: gradation, specific gravity, absorption • Soils: proctor testing, sieve analysis, Atterberg limits
