Provide full-time sludge hauling trailer Provide trucking and hauling of Chesapeake Beach biosolids. The sludge trailer shall meet all DOT regulations for hauling biosolid sludge. The contractor shall be responsible for ensuring a trailer is always available for Town use. Utilization of Chesapeake Beach biosolids in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Use a certified scale to weigh trucks to determine load weights for billing purposes. Provide all permits and approvals to haul and dispose of biosolid sludge. Remove and dispose of biosolid material. The Town shall: Load contractor-provided trailer with Chesapeake Beach biosolids Provide at least 24 hours’ notice to the contractor for loaded pickup Provide quarterly copies of plant biosolids analyses, including metals, nutrients, and % total solids. o Copies of recent Toxicity Characteristic Leaching Procedure (TCLP) are available. Conduct testing, as required by MDE, for PFAS in biosolids. o Copies of lab results from four (4) consecutive lab tests, including PFOS/PFOA, are available.
