7.1 Scope of Services to be Performed The required services to be provided is to provide as-needed glass maintenance and repairs for the Corpus Christi State Supported Living Center CCSSLC. As-needed glass maintenance and repairs for windows and doors including sliding doors. Maintenance for cleared appealed glass for doors, window film or stained-glass replacement, clear tempered insulation glass for sliding doors, and replacement windows, doors, and glass. Glass types include but are not limited to Obscured Glass, Laminated glass, float glass, Tempered glass, Insulated glass, Low-E-glass. Contractor will ensure all work is sealed and leak free, new gaskets and seals will be used to meet manufactures requirement. All services performed and products utilized for services may be subject to inspection by a member of Plant Management Maintenance. The vendor and all subcontractors will: Repair or replace windows & doors Repair or replace automatic doors Repair or replace glass or Plexiglas
