This project entails the implementation and configuration of the Vivantio Service Management platform to support TMD operations. The goal is to streamline incident tracking, service requests, asset management, and reporting capabilities using Vivantio’s customizable platform. A. Vivantio One-Platform Named Subscription License or Equivalent or Better 1. Total of 15 licenses, allocated as follows: a. Ten (10) licenses for the Office of State Administration (OSA) b. Five (5) Licenses for the Construction & Facilities Management Office (CFMO) 2. Period of Service: September 1, 2025, through August 31, 2026, with the option to renew for two (2) additional one-year terms. 3. Each department shall have a separate, dedicated ticketing interface. B. Vivantio One-Platform - Concurrent License, or Equivalent or Better, one (1) license 1. One (1) concurrent License for the Construction & Facilities Management Office (CFMO) 2. Period of Service: September 1, 2025, through August 31, 2026, with the option to renew for two (2) additional one-year terms. C. Referenced Brand Example Catalogs, brand names, or manufacturer’s references are descriptive only and indicate type, and quality desired. Responses on brands of like nature and quality will be considered.
