The Contractor shall provide access to an electronic database, account system, Application Programming Interface (API),netc. at no extra charge to the UMD Libraries. Contractor's response shall describe the features and functionality of the searchable database. The database and account system shall include: a. Bibliographic information for each title to include: title, publisher, frequency, ISSN, electronic formats, publication status, and publication pattern (i.e., number of issues per year, as well as schedules including oddities rather than frequencies), UMD fund number. b. Access to titles by keyword, as well as specific title, purchase order number, Contractor subscription number. c. Current costs. d. Current volume or year and issue available. e. Subscriptions of an unusual status, e.g., bill-later, non-cancelable, slow, irregular, discontinued, order direct, period restricted, bundled titles, and memberships f. Invoicing information for UMD Libraries titles. g. Historic invoicing information, including ceased and cancelled titles...
