a. Monthly service should include: i. pruning as needed ii. irrigation inspection and repair iii. irrigation timing adjustment iv. liquid feeding from May-October of heat-stressed, nitrogen deficient or acidloving plants, using organic fertilizer only v. weed abatement vi. trimming of trees and bushes below the height of 15 feet. b. Bi-monthly service should include: i. granular feeding from November-April of acid-loving plants with organic fertilizer only. c. Annual service should include: i. application of mulch that will decompose and help amend the soil over time. These are CADA’s acceptable mulches: Greenwaste Arbor Mulch Greenwaste Natural Mulch Applied Landscape Materials Arbor Mulch Contractor will assume once per year mulch refresh (up to 2-3” across all open square footage of landscape beds, as needed.) ii. Application of compost/worm castings amendment between the months of October – December.
