The service Agreement includes contract pricing for inspections, testing, maintenance, and minor recurring repairs to plumbing systems at various City Facilities throughout the City of Oxnard. Service requests include, but may not be limited to scheduled and non-scheduled services to plumbing systems at various City Facilities. The plumbing service contract will cover plumbing services throughout City-owned facilities, including but not limited to parks, office buildings, water and wastewater yards, shop buildings, transportation center, and the recycling service building. This service agreement ensures that all plumbing needs across these properties are properly maintained and serviced as part of the city's ongoing operations.
