• Removal of all trash prior to Power Washing Vendor is response for disposal • Sweep Parking Deck and Stairwell prior to Power Washing • Treat all oil/ fluid leaks prior to Power Washing • Vendor shall remove Lighting Fixtures Covering in Stairwell and remove all debris and bugs from fixtures • Power Wash Walls removing soiling, mildew, and atmospheric pollution • Power Wash Ceiling removing soiling, mildew and atmospheric pollution including dead bugs and debris around lighting • Power Wash Stairwells removing soiling, mildew and atmospheric pollution • Power Wash outside of the bottom 2 levels removing soiling, mildew, and atmospheric pollution • Vendor shall add sufficient material to protect elevator, lighting ect from water damage • Vendor shall surface clean and empty drains located on each level • Invoiced submitted and services completed by June 13, 2025
