The intent of the RFP is to secure a platform for HIPAA compliant and confidential tele-counseling to serve approximately 1000 students UK students a year. Students will self-select the use of the platform which must be available during nights and weekends, allow for therapy for students who may be outside of Kentucky, permit for up to two 30-minute or longer sessions a month, and max out at 15 sessions a year. An option for users to exceed the number of allocated visits through selfpayment is requested. Offeror will work collaboratively with Triage, Referral, Assistance, and Crisis Support (TRACS) and the Counseling Center to meet student needs. The platform should allow for referrals to in-person services, made in consultation with appropriate UK mental health leadership staff. Unused sessions should rollover each year with an opportunity annually to add or reduce the number of appointments based on demand. Three indicators of success will be expected: • Maximum number of students use the platforms: At least 95% of determined number of clients use the services at least two times • Students use the platform an average of 3-5 times • Students rate the clinician with at least a good rating in 95% of cases.
