The responsibilities will include, but are not limited to providing the following services: • Facilitating, managing, and coordinating PCG monthly meetings. • Working with PCG members to develop and maintain a governance document including, but is not limited to: o Defining roles and responsibilities within PCG. o Describing funding rules. o Reporting timelines. o Updating software and data specification protocols. o Change management protocols; and o Creating a process for engaging non-portfolio administrator stakeholders. • Facilitating, managing, and coordinating any sub-working or technical advisory groups, workshops resulting from PCG needs. • Annual development planning and other programming needs resulting from policy, reporting and/or regulatory updates. • Robust documentation and training for CEDARS and the CET; and • Expanding and formalizing a system for regularly updating documentation of dispositions and policy directives that have necessitated updates to the CEDARS system.
