• Locate all electrical, phone and fiber, water lines before removal of blacktop. • Remove existing blacktop. • Remove existing grass areas and gravel base areas. • Add Base course to all areas as needed, finish grade, compact, slope away from building and sidewalk areas next to building, slope according to present slope. • “Heal in” to existing newer blacktop, infrared binding/bonding to existing years blacktop. • Pave all areas with 1 ½” binder blacktop and roll compact. • Island area needs to have blacktop curbing per drawing, slope facing out into parking lot. • Pave all areas with 1 ½” surface blacktop and roll compact. • Stripe all parking, handicap stall per existing overview map. • All work to be coordinated in advance due to 24x7 occupancy of surrounding buildings. • All contractor employees must submit a photo ID for background checks prior to project start. • All invoices must have all the specifics for the project listing on the invoice with dates of completion.
