The Illinois Department of Innovation and Technology (“DoIT,” “Agency” or “State”), is establishing a contract with the vendor to provide procurement, installation, Move, Add and Change (MAC) activity, preventive maintenance (e.g., ordinary upkeep of installed systems and ancillary equipment), and remedial maintenance (e.g., isolation and resolution of troubles and failures) Statewide for telephone systems, Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems, Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) systems, Call Recording systems, Voice Mail/Automated Attendant (VM/AA) systems, embedded base equipment and/or site locations listed in Attachment A, and copper/fiber optics (both inside and outside). Additionally, at the State's request, the Vendor will provide coordination of those services provided by other local carrier telephone companies at these sites. The Vendor must accept all equipment on an "as is" basis and shall service all sites identified in Attachment A.
