The Supplier shall supply Facility Services with licensed inspectors, apprentices and supervisors as requested for annual tests, inspections, and maintenance of our water-based fire protection systems throughout LSU’s main campus. This includes approximately 185 fire hydrants across main campus. All inspections, testing, and maintenance of water-based fire protection systems must comply with NFPA 25 Standard for the Inspection, Testing, and Maintenance of Water-Based Fire Protection Systems and will be subject to oversight by the Louisiana Office of State Fire Marshal. Fire hydrants require annual inspection and five-year flow testing of each hydrant across main campus. LSU reserves the right to include additional water-based fire protection systems as needed throughout the contract term.
