The Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT or DOT), through its Purchasing Unit (Purchasing), requests bids to establish a contract for the purchase of on-site Manual Food Service. The purpose of this document is to provide interested vendors for the operation of manual food services for the Wisconsin State Patrol Academy (Academy). Manual food services consist of customer dining, special events, bag lunches, and pack-outs for offsite training events. The services shall be provided within the Fort McCoy Cantonment area. Manual food service, under the terms of this contract, shall be the exclusive operation of the Contractor for services required in conjunction with various training programs and closely related activities at the Academy. Exclusive operation does not include vending sales or limited numbers of required meals when training sessions are not in session. This contract also does not include special sales, company sales promotions, etc.
