The County of Riverside Purchasing Department on behalf of Riverside County Information Technology (RCIT) is seeking detailed information regarding an Attendant/Operator Console Application compatible with Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) versions 15. Riverside County IT maintains the Cisco County of Riverside Enterprise phone system. The purpose of this RFI aims to understand from qualified vendors the available solutions, features and capabilities to support and identify the best overall solutions for the County of Riverside’s Cisco County phone system, RCIT is committed to enhancing the communication systems to ensure seamless and efficient operations. Background: The County of Riverside Information Technology (RCIT) manages the County’s enterprise Cisco Unified Communications (UC) phone system. RCIT currently operates Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) version 15 and is exploring opportunities to expand its capabilities into a hybrid/cloud calling environment. To support this initiative, the County is seeking information on Attendant/Operator Console Applications that offer robust features, are fully compatible with CUCM version 15, and are scalable to integrate with hybrid/cloud calling environments. The goal is to enhance call management, streamline operations, and improve communication efficiency, specifically for Riverside University Health System (RUHS) Hospital.
