The successful Bidder(s) shall provide recycled and alternative environmentally preferable cut sheet papers in common cut sheet sizes, standard reverse sequence carbonless, and standard business envelopes to the City of Portland; All cut stock paper presented in bid must be suitable for use in high speed copier/printers and small format offset presses. All envelopes bid must be suitable for use in the City’s Jet envelope press. The successful bidder(s) must supply, upon request by Printing & Distribution (P&D), 2-cases of all items, included in bid, for testing. All cut sheet paper will be ream wrapped every 250 or 500 sheets, as appropriate. Envelope should be in soft 500 count boxes. All 11 and 17 inch, 20# white bond and #10 business envelopes will be ordered in skid quantities. Most other items will be ordered in case or carton quantities. Those items that are not P&D stock items will be ordered by the ream on an as needed basis. All prices bid shall apply regardless of quantities ordered at any specific time.
