This open-end contract is for Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) complaint Pipe and Valve Maintenance and Installation for the Water and Wastewater Operations Division and various other Broward County agencies that may have need of these services and/or products in accordance with the Specifications and Requirements. The work to be performed under this contract shall consist of furnishing and installing all tools, equipment, materials, supplies, and manufactured articles and furnishing all labor, transportation and services, including fuel, power, water, and essential communications, and performing all work, or other operations required for valve and pipe services, including inspection, maintenance, removal, installation and replacement of valves and pipes. The work involves services to occur in anticipation of, and after, the declaration of a disaster.
