The required services to be provided are clinical lab testing on STAT / ASAP / Today and routine basis. Contractor shall be located within 60 miles of Rusk State Hospital. Contractor shall provide clinical laboratory services on a STAT, ASAP, Today, and routine basis. Lab specimens will be sent to the contractor’s facility. Contractor shall accurately process lab and provide results within time frames as agreed upon between Contractor and Department. 'The established turnaround time for a STAT test is within two (2) hours after the specimen is received in processing reference lab. Contractor shall maintain files and records that include but not limited to the following: a) Contractor provides a work load analysis to Department each fiscal year. b) Lab results initially faxed to Department followed by a copy sent to Department printer. c) Contractor provides Department with a copy of College of American Pathologists CAP certification d) Maintains specimen sign-in sheet log (provided by Department) which will be faxed to Department quarterly.
