• Regulatory Compliance Review Consultants shall review the subdivision plat for compliance with the applicable provisions of Florida Statutes Chapter 177. • Survey and Plat Comparison Consultants shall review the boundary survey in comparison with the subdivision plat to verify accuracy and consistency. • Legal Description Verification Consultants shall compare the legal description provided in the title documentation with the legal description shown on the subdivision plat. • Mathematical Closure Analysis Consultants shall perform mathematical closure checks on the overall plat boundary, individual tracts, and all easements to ensure survey accuracy. • Red-Line Comments Consultants shall provide red-lined comments directly on a copy of the plat to indicate discrepancies, corrections, or required revisions. • Re-Review for Compliance Upon receipt of revised plats, consultants shall conduct a follow-up review to verify that all prior comments and mark-ups have been adequately addressed. • Certificate of Completion Consultants shall issue a certificate of completion confirming that all review tasks have been finalized and all corrections made. • Sealed Mylar Cover Sheet Consultants shall sign and seal the mylar cover sheet of the final approved plat as required for recordation.
